Allowance for Mirza Fath‘ali Khan's family, 1891
The stipend of the late Mirza Fath‘ali Khan, the son of Mirza Ishaq the former procurement officer in Baghdad, has been determined to be one hundred and thirty tumans to go to his mother, sister, and brothers, Mirza ‘Ali Ashraf Khan the brigadier and instructor of Nasiriyah school, Mirza Mas‘ud Khan the agent, and Mirza Mahmud Khan the brigadier of the royal artillery.

Division of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1892
‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

After deducting the debt and shares of his mother, Navvab ‘Aliyah Haji Shahzadah, and his wife, Shahzadah Khanum the daughter of Mu‘izz al-Dawlah, and the share of a deceased son, the rest is divided among his three sons and five daughters.

Nazi Khanum's properties, 1892
Haji Khan Yavar, who kept the late Nazi Khanum (wife of ‘Abd al-Ali Khan Sultan)'s property, including a cow, a heifer, three documents, two baize coats, a silver container, two necklaces, and two rings, gave them to the late Nazi Khanum's brother and nephew, Karbalayi Malik and Karbalayi ‘Aziz.

Copy of the decree (probably by Nasir al-Din Shah) giving the pension of the late Mirza Fath‘ali Khan, son of Mirza Ishaq Khan, which was one hundred thirty tumans, to his sister and his maternal uncles, Mirza ‘Ali Ashraf Khan, Mirza Mas‘ud Khan, and Mirza Mahmud Khan. The authenticity of this document has been verified by Dabir al-Saltanah, Vakil al-Mulk, Qa’im Maqam, and Mustashar al-Saltanah.

Settlement of Umm Nisa’ Khanum and Karbalayi Sattar, 1878
Karbalayi Sattar, the son of the late Mawlavi Bayg, sells all his shares of inheritance to Umm Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Bayg from Ahar, in exchange for twelve tumans. The settlement includes a revocation clause for six months. The settlement was extended in 1905 or 1906 and 1912 or 1913.
